Ionia Uncertain (BC 600-550) Figural - EL 1/6

ca 600-550 BC. EL Hekte (2.48g). Milesian standard. Figural type. Torso of winged figure facing, head right / Incuse square punch. Near VF. Possibly unique.

This coin may not belong to the same series as the Weidauer coins, which are not only larger denominations but also exhibit a different style of wings (curved rather than pointed) and incuse punches.
