Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE22 (5.97g, 7h). M ANT GO-RDIANVS, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / C G I H PA // R, the Capitoline wolf right suckling twins, Romulus and Remus. gF, green patina, pebbly texture, some wear-contrast on high points, particularly on reverse; casting void or dig 11:00 reverse.
