The obv. shows Livia Drusilla, mother of Tiberius. She had a strong, but not welcomed influence on Tiberius. When she died in 29 AD, he did not come to Rome for her funeral.

The city name was changed to Fulvia on the occasion of Mark Antony's journey to the east in 41 BC. Fulvia was to die in the next year, hence this was a short-lived coinage.
