Dardanos (BC 480-450) Trihemiobol

5th century BC. AR Trihemiobol (9mm, 1.03g, 2h). Cock standing right; star above / Incuse horse head left. Near VF, some deposits. Apparently unpublished and possibly unique.

Although the attribution of this issue is not certain, Dardanos is the only mint to feature these types on its coinage (cf. SNG Cop. 282 and 298).
