Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE34 (25.88g, 12h). Dated CY 192 (243/4 AD). AVT K M ANTωNIOC ΓOPΔIANOC, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Radiate busts of Helios right, radiate, and Selene left, set on crescent; ЄIPHNOΠOΛЄ[I]TωN around, ЄT BЧP (date) below; all within zodiac wheel. VF, earthen brown surfaces, smoothed. Extremely rare reverse type and possibly unpublished with this bust type.
