Valerian I, 253-260 AD. AE33 (19.23g, 12h). Bal(...) Aristomachus, strategus. Laureate and cuirassed bust left, holding spear and shield decorated with aegis / Artemis, drawing bow from quiver and holding bow, standing right in biga drawn by stags. Good VF, tan patina. Very rare. From Group CEM. Ex CNG XXX (6/1994), lot 474.
