Severus Alexander, 222-235 AD, struck 226/227 AD. AE27 (13.37g, 12h). ΑΥ Κ CΕΟΥΠΡ ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟC, aureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / ΜΗΤΡΟΠ ΚΑΙCΑΡ, Mount Argaeus, wreath on top, with date in exergue (ETS = 226/227 AD).

Light green patina, with some earthen deposits remaining. Appears to have been struck from orichalcum.
