Caracalla, 198-217 AD. AE30 (15.72g). ANTΩNINOC - AVΓOVCTO - C, laureate head right / MHTPOΠOΛЄ - ΩC ANKVPAC, nude athlete standing facing, head right, holding with left hand long curved staff and crowning himself with raised right hand with prize-crown; laurel-branch and IЄ/RO/C to left, AΓ/Ω/N to right. Very rare, gVF. Hoeft coll.

Pat Lawrence: The male figure on the rev. could be the personification of Hieros Agon, which would match the Nominativus.
