Though the reading of the ethnic is not certain, it would seem to fit for Trapezopolis, as the magistrate is known for this city during Hadrian's reign. An issue for Sabina from here, however, is not known.

This magistrate and bust type is known for some other issues of Severus Alexander from Mytilene, but this reverse type is not known. Additionally, the reading here points toward a possible name of "Posdektos" and "Pardoxos" instead.

All of these coins have a similar style, and perhaps are from a single mint.
