What we need:

1. Interesting coin types not already uploaded. You should first look at our Photo Gallery and see if you can submit a coin that adds something to the online index.

2. High quality photos and coins. Please do not send us bad photos or badly worn coins. All coins should be in VF or better condition (we will consider bronze in F+ if the coin is special).

3. Detailed information about the coin (size, weight, accurate description and references, etc.).

4. More scarce and rare types. So, if you have a common coin that has not (yet) made it to our Gallery, but there are better examples online, we will not accept it.

Simply send us an e-mail

Please provide:

1 - clear pictures of the obverse and reverse of the coin (preferably in one .jpg format image) ... "attach" it to your e-mail

2 - the measurements:

- the size (in mm)
- weight (in grams, preferably to .01g specificity)
- die rotation (in hours) (not required, but appreciated)

3 - any description or references that you have for the coin, find location (if known), as well as the estimated value (all optional, but helpful to us)

4 - if you would like to be identified as the owner of the coin in our index (if not, your privacy will be respected)

A note about privacy - if you want to protect your privacy or anonymity, we recommend that you do not provide any sensitive or personally identifiable information, and use an anonymous e-mail account (such as yahoo or hotmail) from which to send/upload your photos.

Please note - by submitting a photo of your coin: (a) you agree to grant the site/group editor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license (including any moral rights or other necessary rights) to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, promote, archive, translate, and to create derivative works and compilations, in whole or in part. Such license will apply with respect to any form, media or technology already known or developed subsequently; (b) you warrant and represent that you have all legal, moral, and other rights that may be necessary to grant us the license specified herein; (c) you acknowledge and agree that the site/group editor shall have the right (but not obligation), at the editor's sole discretion, to refuse to publish or remove any content you provide, at any time and for any reason, without notice.
