RPC I, 407 published two known Pitane types of G. Furius, bearing the portaits of Nero and Agrippina both have one cited example (RPC 2394 and 2395).

The vast majority of Pitane’s coinage of the “Zeus Ammon / pentagram” type features an ethnic on the reverse. This rare specimen probably carries the name of a magistrate.

Head cites a specimen in the BM, but that piece remains unpublished - it does not appear in the BMC volume on Mysia (1892), and was not in any of the published acquisitions before Head wrote Historia Nummorum in 1911.
