Aigai (AD 43-55) AE 16 - Britannicus

Britannicus, son of Claudius and Messalina. Circa 43-55 AD. AE16 (2.90 gm). Chaleos, magistrate. Bare head of Britannicus right / Zeus standing left, holding eagle and sceptre. VF, dark green patina. Extremely rare; only four specimens cited in RPC.
