ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ Μ ΑΥΡ CЄΟΥΗΡΟC ΑΝΤΩΝЄΙΝΟC CЄΒ Π Π, bust to right, wearing the diadem and robes of a Demiourgos / ΑΝΤΩΝΙΑΝΗC CЄYHP AΔP MHT TAPCOY AMK ΓB, Caracalla on horseback to left, right hand raised; before him stands Tyche, presenting him with the diadem of a Demiourgos. EF. Extremely rare.
