Antiocheia (AD 251-253) AE 24 - Volusian

Volusian, 251-253 AD. AE24 (7.67g, 1h). Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Athena standing left, holding crowning Nike and scepter; shield to left, trophy of arms to right. Good VF, dark brown patina, light earthen deposits. Spradling Coll.; ex CNG Elec. Auc. 227 (2/2010), lot 342 (some undesirable deposits since removed).
