Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE25 / Triassarion (9.33g, 7h). AY KAI MAP AN ΓOPΔIANOC CЄB, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right / KΛAYΔIOCЄΛЄYKЄΩN, Mên standing right, wearing phrygian cap and moon crescent, left foot on bucranium and holding scepter in right hand. Very rare, possibly the third example known. Minor cleaning scratches and with earthern deposits, VF.
