Kyme (BC 165-140) Tetradrachm

ca 165-140 BC. AR Tetradrachm (37mm, 16.67g, 1h). Stephanophoric type. Demetrios, magistrate. Head of the Amazon Kyme right, wearing tainia / Horse prancing right; one-handled cup below raised foreleg, ΔHMHTPIOΣ below; all within wreath. VF, broad flan, scrape on reverse. Very rare issue, only one obverse die known to Oakley.
