Mallos (BC 425-385) Tetrobol

ca 400 BC. AR Drachm (3.21g). Bellerophon riding Pegasus springing right / MAP, swan standing left with open wings; in lower right field, lyre made out of tortoise shell; all within dotted frame in incuse square. Exceedingly rare and an issue of great interest. Light tone and about extremely fine.
