Teuthrania (BC 400) AE 11 - Prokles

ca 399 BC, rule of Prokles I (Gongylos), dynast. AE11 (0.97g) Laureate head of Apollo left / Beardless head of young male right, wearing Persian tiara (headdress - also known as kyrbasia or bashlyk), ΤΕΥ to left. Black patina, VF. Very rare.

Prokles was the brother of Eurysthenes, who ruled Pergamon around the same time.
