5th century BC. AR Trihemiobol (1.08g, 6h). Cock standing right / Incuse horse head left. Peus 368, lot 178; Giessener Münzhandlung 90, lot 300; otherwise unpublished. Good Fine, toned, minor porosity.

Although the attribution of this issue is not certain, Dardanos is the only mint to feature these types on its coinage (cf. SNG Copenhagen 282 and 298).
