Kyzikos (BC 550-500) EL 1/6 Stater

ca 550-500 BC. EL Hekte - 1/6 Stater (2.70g). Forepart of dog (or roaring lion?) left, head right; tunny to right / Quadripartite incuse square. Good VF, lightly toned. Extremely rare, apparently the second known. Ex Numismatica Ars Classica L (5/2001), lot 1332.
