This is NOT from Tabala - it is from Hieropolis-Castabala. The legend is IEROP KASTABALEWN. Ref: SNG France 2 2241; Paris 619; Waddington 4322; SNG Lev. 1593. Macrinus did not strike coins in Tabala. This is an error which several sellers (and even Mionnet!) make.
