Time of Alyattes to Kroisos, ca 610-546 BC. EL Trite â€“ Third Stater (13mm, 4.69g). Sardes mint. Head of roaring lion right, sun with multiple rays on forehead / Two incuse square punches. Good VF, toned, a few light marks.
