Macrinus, 217-218 AD. AE (9.52g). Archon (Publios Ailios) Demetrianos Keleros; Laureate head right / Zeus enthroned to left holding patera and scepter. Very rare. Dark brown patina, small flan crack and minor striking weakness, extremely fine.
