Quasi-autonomous, 198-213 AD (time of later Severans). AE21 (4.36g), struck under archon Gaius. ΔHMOC, laureate youthful bust of Demos right, drapery on far shoulder / EΠI ΓAIOV APX A / BAΓHNΩN (HN ligate), river-god Hermos, wearing himation, reclining right, resting with left arm on urn from which water is flowing, holding water plant over right shoulder, in ex. EPMOC. Rare, about VF, dark-green patina, slight roughness. Hoeft coll.; ex Drewry coll.
