Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE33 (15.89g). ΜΑΡ ΑΝΤΩΝΙΟC ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟC CЄΒΑ, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, triangular countermark, Δ / CЄΛЄΥΚЄΩ−Ν ΤΩΝ ΠΡΟC Τ/Ω ΚΑΛΥ−ΚΑΔΝΩ/ ЄΛЄΥΘЄΡΙΑ, Nike standing facing on globe with extended arms, one holding wreath. Dark green patina. Very fine.
