Elagabalus, with Julia Paula, his first wife, 218-222 AD. AE25 (9.79g). Struck 219-220 AD. Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus facing diademed and draped bust of Paula / The river-god Pyramos reclining left, holding cornucopiae and reed, resting on overturned amphora from which water flows. Near VF, dark green-brown patina.
