Koinon of Bithynia. Nikomedeia(?) mint. Hadrian, 117-138 AD. AE34 (25.94g, 6h). Laureate head right / Octastyle temple façade set on podium of three steps, pellet in field between central columns; in pediment, ornate entablature consisting of metopes, each with central pellet; above, male figure standing facing, holding patera over lighted altar and holding scepter, pellet to left and right; aphlasta as acroteria. VF, dark green and brown patina, some minor cleaning marks. Well centered and struck. Ex Sierra Coll.
