Septimius Severus, 193-211 AD. AE24 (8.92g). ΑΥ Λ ΣΕΠ ΣΕΥΗΡΟΣ, laureate, bare bust right / ΤΥΑΝΕΩΝΤ ΠΤ ΙΕΡΑΣΥΛΟΥΚΑΥ, nude Perseus, standing facing, head right, harpa in left hand, head of Medusa in right. Date in field ΕΤ Δ (RY4 = 197 AD).

Reverse refers to the famous Greek myth of Perseus, slayer of Medusa. Only one other specimen reported.
