Kaisareia (AD 161-169) Didrachm - Lucius Verus

Lucius Verus, 161-169 AD. AR Didrachm (6.71g, 22mm), struck 161-166 AD (as COS II). AVTOKP OVHPOC CEBACTOC, bare head right / VΠA - TOS B, Agalma of Mt. Argaios, on summit man standing frontal with scepter in left hand (mountain god?). Scarce, about EF, light toned. Hoeft coll.

Probably from the hoard found in 1983 in Kaisareia (Metcalf).
