Eikonion (AD 238-244) AE 36 - Gordian III

Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE36 (30.61g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / She-wolf standing right, suckling the twins Romulus and Remus; tree behind. Good VF, dark brown patina, rough in areas. Very rare.
