Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE34 (24.66g, 12h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Emperor on horseback left, holding scepter, accompanied by three soldiers. Good VF, dark brown and green patina. From Group CEM. Ex Sternberg XI (11/1981), lot 338.
