Septimius Severus, 193-211 AD. AE21 (5.74g, 6h). Struck circa 193-203 AD. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Mên standing right, with foot on bucranium, holding scepter and crowning Victory; at feet to left, cock standing left. Good VF, green patina. Rare and exceptional for issue.
