(BC 425-400) Kherei - Stater

Kherei, Dynast, ca 425-400 BC. AR Stater (8.67g), uncertain mint. Helmeted head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with three olive leaves and spiral / Forepart of a winged bull right; all within incuse square. Good VF, typical soft obverse. Very rare, only the second recorded example.
