Antiocheia (BC 150) Tetradrachm

mid-late 2nd century BC. AR Tetradrachm (15.59g, 27mm, 12h). Diotrephes, magistrate. Head of Apollo right, wearing laurel wreath; bow and quiver over shoulder / Zebu bull standing left, head facing; ANTIOXEΩN above, maeander pattern and ΔIOTPEΦHΣ in exergue; all within laurel wreath. VF, toned, light cleaning marks and porosity. Fine style in high relief. Extremely rare, only two examples published.
