ANTΩNINOC • A-YΓOYCTOC, laureate head of Caracalla right / ACKΛHΠEIA CΩTHΡEIA ICOΠΥΘIA (HΠE and THR in ligature) around, MHTΡOΠOΛEΩC ANKYRAC (MH and NK in ligature) in exergue, Asclepius with staff entwined by snake standing left, Hygieia with snake standing right, the boy Telesphorus standing facing between. Rare. Light brown patina. Very fine.
