Otacilia Severa, wife of Philip I, 244-249 AD. AE23 (4.81g). M•ΩT•CEVHPA, draped bust right / IЄP AΠOΛЄIT ΩN, Hygieia seated left on stool, resting left arm on tympaio, feeding serpent from patera, small figure of Telesphoros to the right. Almost very fine.
