Nero, 54-68 AD. A18 (4.38g, 12h). Julius Cleon, archiereus of Asia, struck ca 54-55 AD. Bare-headed, draped, and cuirassed bust right; c/m: serpent coiled around labrys in incuse rectangle / [ΕΥ]ΜΕΝΕΩΜ (sic)/ΙΟΥΛΙΟΣ to right, ΚΛΕ−ΩΝ/ΑΡΧΙΕΡΕΥΣ ΑΣΙΑΣ down left field, Apollo standing left, holding raven and labrys. For coin: Good VF, black patina under hard beige.
