Maximinus I. Thrax, 235-238 AD. Poleanos. AE29 (10.45g). Laureate, draped, cuirassed bust right / ΕΠΙ ΓΡ ΠΩΛΕ-ΑΝΟΥ Β ΜΑΓΝ/ΗΤ, cult statue of Artemis (Ephesia) with Polos facing, on either side flying Nikes with wreaths; eagle on either side of feet. Unique. Wide, thin flan. Dark olive green patina. aEF. Righetti coll.
