Chios (BC 412-334) Tetradrachm

ca 420 BC. AR Tetradrachm (14.63g). Egestratos, magistrate. Sphinx seated left; before, two-handled amphora, bunch of grapes above / Î•Î“Î•Î£Î¤Î¡Î‘Î¤ÎŸÎ£ across horizontal band of quadripartite incuse square with striated fields. Apparently unrecorded. Minor areas of corrosion, otherwise gVF.
