Commodus, 177-192 AD. AE23 (5.90g). ΑΥ ΚΑΙ M ΑVP ΚΟΜΟΔΟC, laureate bust of Commodus right, wearing cuirass and paludamentum / ΚΥZΙΚΗΝΩΝ, lighted torch on altar, entwined by serpent, surmounted by poppy and decorated with ears of corn. Good very fine.
